We listen, ask questions and become familiar with your business. Having a clear understanding of your requirements, we'll then provide you with a formal proposal which outlines the entire website project in detail. Its important that we meet or exceed all expectations from the start.

1. Choose your pages:

Up to 5 pages included, then $60/page thereafter.
  We recommend at least a Standard 5 page website.

2. Choose your photos:

Up to 15 photos included, then $9/photo thereafter.
  Includes:
Photoshop CS3 photo editing - such as: cropping, resizing, drop shadows, adding border color, special effects, text overlay and slideshows.

Photos must be supplied by client. If you need photos, we have access to a large selection of stock photos.

We offer web-ready photography services in San Diego and Chicago for a fraction of professional photography costs.

3. Choose your email:

One email, @yourdomain.com included, then
$5/year per email thereafter.
  @yourdomain.com - is the only way to go. Its professional and instantly communicates your web address.
Each mailbox includes 100 mb storage and is accessible via the internet or popular email clients like Outlook, even your email-enabled cellphone. Stay connected to email no matter where you're at!

4. Choose your add-ons:

There are many additional features that can be built
into your website. Decide which are best for your website.
  Available Features:
  • User Registration - which will allow you to capture user names and emails from your website, and initiate a permissive-based marketing campaign. $150 one-time fee.
  • Slideshows - photos can be arranged in automatic or manual slideshows, with or without colorful borders throughout your website. $35/slideshow - up to 6 photos.
  • Shopping Cart - sell any amount of products or services through your website. Combined with powerful search engine and permissive marketing, your website can generate new customers and provide convenient access to your products and services. $750 one-time set up fee.
  • Blog - blogging is an increasingly popular way for business owners to communicate with clients. A great way to introduce new products or services, blogging helps you keep your audience up-to-date with your business. $175 one-time fee.
  • Coupons - reward your website visitors with printable coupons, and change them up now and then to keep people coming back for more! $25/coupon.
  • Forums - if your business has people talking or if would like to personally moderate a forum related or unrelated to your business we can build it into your website. Host any number of topics and even invite others to help you moderate the forums. $175 one-time fee.
  • Flash - take your website to another level with Adobe Flash CS3 - moving parts in the right places creates a dramatic experience for your site visitors and leaves them with a lasting impression. Price varies.
  • Video - embed your video(s) into your site. Or we can refer you to a professional video company, if you would like a 2-3 minute video showcasing your business. From there, you can upload your video to popular websites like YouTube or MySpace or include it with your PR!
  • Email Marketing Package - send out frequent (monthly) email blasts to your clients through the Constant Contact email service. We help you manage as much of it as you need. Don't let your website visitors leave your site without an option to sign up for your newletter.
  • Website Maintenance - we will help keep your website up-to-date. Whether its simple text editions or more complex changes that require Dreamweaver, Flash or Photoshop programs, we charge you one rate - $50/hour or $30 per half-hour.
After our initial consultation, you'll have a good idea of how your website can best serve your business.

We'll help guide you through the next 4 steps (left), so that we can arrive at final pricing.

Bare in mind that a website is a constant work in progress. We build the potential for growth right into your first website. Say, for example, you want to add a shopping cart to your website at a later date, we can integrate it at any time without a hitch!

Once you've agreed to the formal proposal, we set the project into motion.

Depending on your site requirements and the project timeline, there will be a checkpoint, where we share the website with you, go through the details and listen to your feedback. We'll make necessary revisions and continue to put your ideas into motion.

As we approach the project finish date, you're input remains vital to us. We want to be certain that you're overjoyed with the final product. Its also very important that you become familiar with your website as soon as possible, so you can start working on your marketing plan.

Once your website is completed and published to the web, we will submit it to the major search engines - Google, Yahoo and MSN. If you prefer, we can also help you submit your site to free business directories, such as yellowpages.com, citysearch.com, and regional or industry-related websites that make sense to your business. These sites offer a basic business listing that you can take advantage of. You'll be well on your way to increasing your site's visiblity and driving new customers to your business!
